Introduction
Hello, I’m Jung Joon-mo, the Managing Attorney at Davinci Law Firm.
I graduated from the Department of Law at Seowon University, passed the 43rd Korean Bar Examination, and completed the 33rd Judicial Research and Training Institute program. Afterwards, I earned a Master’s degree in Law (Commercial Law and Maritime Law) from the Graduate School of Law at Korea University, gaining broad knowledge across various legal fields.
Over the years, I have served as legal counsel for multiple organizations, including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the gaming industry, Gyeonghyang Games, and the Global Games Hub Center (under the Korea Creative Content Agency). I have also broadened my experience through roles such as Reclassification Advisory Committee member at the Game Rating and Administration Committee, director of the Maritime Law Association and the Marine Law Society, and a defense attorney at the Maritime Safety Tribunal.
My primary areas of practice include criminal cases related to speculative activities and gambling, criminal cases involving violations of the Game Industry Act, maritime-related criminal cases, general criminal cases such as sex crimes, disputes over game-related intellectual property, and international trade disputes. I strive to make complex legal matters easy to understand and work with clients to find solutions so that anyone facing legal concerns can feel more at ease during consultations.
Above all, I value trust and honesty. I genuinely listen to each client’s story. If you choose to work with Davinci Law Firm, you can expect professional legal services delivered with kindness and compassion. Please feel free to reach out anytime. Thank you.
